DESCRIPTION
El Pilar student housing is placed in a quiet residence neighbourhood, just 10 minute walking distance from historic city centre.
The Residence offers a range of services:
- Complete apartment-dormitories w/ kitchen and bathroom
- Kitchenware, bed linen and bathroom supplies in all dormitories
- Open 24hrs
- Telephone and WI-FI internet access in all dormitories
- Common living areas with TV, computers, gymnasium, study facilities, kitchen and laundry service
- Optional dorm cleaning
- Optional parking available
The form to inscribe in the El Pilar Student´s Residence will be available from the 31st May to 3th August
PRICE
- 43€ per day single room
- 68€ double room
- Payment made directly to the Residencia El Pilar by bank transfer
- Deposit 50€ / per person (once check the apartment is in good condition this will be given back) to be paid to Residencia el Pilar
- 37 single rooms + 3 doubles available
- Extra services: weekly cleaning: 9€ /weekly bed clothes change: 10€ /TV rent: 9€
CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 14 days before arrival: No penalty, full refund
- Between 5 and 14 day before arrival: 50% of the accommodation + deposit
- 5 days or less before arrival: only deposit refunded
CHECK-IN TIMES
From 9.00 to 14.00 and 16:30 and 19:00.
Exceptionally for justified reasons, you can enter another schedule notifying previously.
